The AJAX Effect provides an online fitness and nutrition coaching platform, including workout programming, macro tracking, progress monitoring, and direct communication with certified coaches. Our Service is for informational and educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments already processed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the Service, please contact support and we will work to resolve it or provide a credit at our discretion.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Upload harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute any portion of the Service without written consent

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The AJAX Effect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
